ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3315 TO INCLUDE "INVESTMENT ADVISORS" IN THE DEFINITION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas; that:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 3315, adopted the 20th day of August, 2001, be amended to include in the definition of "professional services" the term "investment advisors".
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of March, 2002.
