AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE 14 KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CHANGE IN ZONING BOUNDARIES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: That Title 14 known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro be amended as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the changes in zoning classification as follows:
From Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3) the following described property.
Begin at the Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter Section 9, Township 14 North - Range 3 East Craighead County, Arkansas; thence N88°31’50”E - 378.23’; Thence N08°41’00” W. - 377.26 to the Point of Beginning Proper; Thence N08°41’00W - 287.66’; Thence 87°47’00” W - 69.40’; Thence N26°14’07”E - 209.91’ to the Right of Way line of U. S. Hwy No. 63 By-Pass; Thence S41°30’00” E. along said Right of Way line - 125.25’; Thence S48°30’00” w. - 30.00’; Thence S41°30’00”E -249.20’; Thence S00°00’00”W -45.27’; Thence S41°30’00”E - 41.60’; Thence S46°20’00”E - 344.20’ to a point on a curve to the right; Thence Southwesterly along said curve to the right (R-30.00’) - 47.10’; Thence S43°40’00”W - 201.90’ to a point on a curve to the left; Thence southwesterly along said curve to the left (R=233.07’) - 8.10’; Thence N46°20’00”W - 384.50’; Thence N41°30’00” W - 90.80’ to the Point of Beginning proper containing 4.00 acres more or less subject to all Rights of Way and easements of record.
