1. Call to order by Mayor at 6:30 p.m.
2. Roll call by Clerk.
3. Approval of minutes from May 6, 1996, as provided.
4. City Attorney:
(A) 3rd reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located west of Stadium Blvd. And at the south end of Malibu. (Dallas & Timmy Spence; and Regina Prociw)
(B) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-4), located at 3717 Forest Hill Road, Jonesboro Arkansas. (C. Mooney, Sr./Mike & Marcie Walters)
(C) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Commercial (C-3) to Industrial (I-1), located south of and abutting US 63 Bypass at the west end of Dalton Drive. (Farmer Enterprises, Inc.)
5. Resolution to improve the pension plan for non-Civil Service personnel in the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas.
6. Resolution to proceed with condemnation action against property located at 2517 Race Street, Mr. Skip Macon, owner.
7. Review the following appointment:
· Mr. Gene Gardner to fill the unexpired term of Mr. Lloyd McCracken on the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission with an expiration date of February 1, 1997.
8. Review of the following bid: 96:25 - Micro Surfacing - Street Department
9. New Business by the Mayor
· Mr. Bill Ebbert to address the Council regarding a condemnation extension for property located at 1210 S. Madison.
