RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS ACCEPTING PERMANENT DRAINAGE EASEMENTS

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

 

Section 1.                     The following permanent drainage easements are hereby accepted by the City of Jonesboro:

 

•                     Agnes McDaniel - 1508 Frierson Street

•                     Jeffrey and Ashley Brown  - Lot 13 Gott Replat

•                     Michael & Karen Gott - Lot 9 of Gott Replat

•                     James & Georgia Mahon - Lot 17 Marlo Acres 2nd Addition

 

Section 2.        The originals of the dedicated drainage easement are on file and available for public review and examination in the Office of the City Clerk.

 

APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of October, 2004.
