Southwest Church of Christ lease agreement for property on West Nettleton Avenue Extended & James Street

Southwest Church of Christ entered into a lease agreement with the City for land described as follows: Part of the NE ¼ of the SW ¼ and a part of the NW ¼ of the SE ¼ all in Section 24, Township 14 North, Range 3 East. The lease is from October 14, 1984 to October 13, 1989. The lease was extended for a term beginning October 14, 1989 to October 13, 1994. The lease was extended a second time and is from October 14, 1994 to October 13, 1999.
Also, in consideration for said Lease, Lessee (CITY) agrees to properly maintain an area described as follows: Part of the NE ¼ of SW ¼ and a part of the NW ¼ of the SE 1/4, all in Section 24, Township 14 North, Range 3 East.
