RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SEWER SERVICE IN THE HAYES 2^ND ADDITION

WHEREAS, the City Council and officials of the City of Jonesboro have long considered the dire distress of property owners and absolute need and requirement in the public interest that the authorized sewer be forthwith constructed in the Hayes 2^nd Addition and Cartwright and French Addition in the City of Jonesboro.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Water and Light Plant be and is hereby requested to forthwith and without any additional delay immediately construct said sewers, and to construct said sewers prior to any other sewer work.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 3^rd day of June, 1957.
