BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the said department heads are to furnish in writing within sixty (60) days from the passage of this resolution to the Director of Finance and Administration for his review with the Finance Committee and other interested member of the City Council or administration, their comments as to why these recommendations could not be implemented or what steps will be taken to implement such recommendations.
