BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas hereby appropriates $6,020.10 from unappropriated general fund reserves for the following Jonesboro Police Department equipment:

8 Badges

12 Belts

10 Handcuffs

12 Batons

12 Baton Holders

12 Belt Keepers

12 Handcuff Cases

SECTION 2: This ordinance being necessary for the financial continuity of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas is hereby declared to be an emergency and shall take effect from and after its passage and approval.
