AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 8.44.14 OF THE JONESBORO CODE OF ORDINANCES, LABELED PARKING TIME LIMITS DESIGNATED

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that:

SECTION 1: That subsection (c) 4 of Ordinance No.8.44.14 providing a thirty (30) minute time limit on parking on the south side of Jackson Avenue between Union Street and Madison Street be amended to read as follows:

The first six (6) parking spaces on the south side of Jackson Avenue, and Madison Street, between Union Street and Madison Street.

SECTION 2: That subsection (d) of Ordinance No. 8.44.14 which provides for a two (2) hour time limit for parking be amended as follows: South side of Jackson Avenue between Union Street and Madison Street.

SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall be effective from and after its approval.
