RESOLUTION TO SELL PROPERTY IN THE INDUSTRIAL MINI-PARK TO O.S. KELLY COMPANY

WHEREAS, the City is the owner of the following described real property located in Craighead County, Arkansas, to-wit:
Lot 16 of the Jonesboro Industrial Mini-Park; and
WHEREAS, O.S. Kelly Company has agreed to purchase said property for the sum of Twenty One Thousand and 00/100 ($21,000.00) on the terms and conditions as set out in the proposed contract; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City that said property be sold to O.S. Kelly Company for the sum of Twenty One Thousand and 00/100 ($21,000.00).
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, that the City is authorized and directed to sell the above described real property to O.S. Kelly Company for the sum of Twenty One Thousand and 00/100 ($21,000.00) and that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute any and all papers necessary to effectuate this transfer.
