Title

A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO ACCEPTING A PERMANENT DRAINAGE EASEMENT AND AN AGREEMENT GRANTING AN EASEMENT.

Body

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro is in need of a permanent drainage easement across the property belonging to Jonesboro Real Estate Holding; and

WHEREAS, in addition the City of Jonesboro desires to enter into an easement agreement.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

Section 1: The permanent drainage easement granted by Jonesboro Real Estate Holdings, Inc. granted on said property is hereby accepted by the City of Jonesboro. Copies of said documents together with property description thereon attached as Exhibit “A”.

Section 2: Further, Mayor Harold Perrin and City Clerk, Donna Jackson are hereby authorized to execute the easement and agreement.
