A RESOLUTION APPROVING REPORT OF BOARD OF IMPROVEMENT AND APPOINTING OF ASSESSORS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

WHEREAS: the Board of Improvement of Jonesboro Sewer Improvement District No.2 has made due report to the City Council that the members thereof have formed plans for the construction of improvements, have estimated the costs thereof, and have recommended the appointment of assessors:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: The Report of the Board of Improvement on plans for the improvements to be carried out by the District and the estimated costs thereof are hereby approved.
SECTION 2: George Delaney, Jr., Mike Pryor and Ronnie Johnson, are hereby appointed assessors of the District.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 4th day of February, 1990.
