WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro owns and maintains Joe Mack Campbell Park located at 3021 Dan Avenue.

WHEREAS, the Craighead County Soccer Association is a not for profit organization to promote soccer in Jonesboro.

WHEREAS, the Craighead County Soccer Association shall pay $7,500 to offset the cost of fertilizer, chemicals and seed.

WHEREAS, Craighead County Soccer Association shall be granted first priority to schedule the use of the fields.

WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Department and the Craighead County Soccer Association desire to enter an agreement for the purpose of providing soccer at Joe Mack Campbell Park.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that the Parks and Recreation Department and the Jonesboro Craighead County Soccer Association shall enter into an agreement to provide soccer at Joe Mack Campbell Park.
