BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

Section 1.                     The permanent drainage easement located at 1814 Lorene Cove is hereby accepted by the City of Jonesboro as a dedicated drainage easement by Gary W. Gookin and Lorre E. Gookin.

Section 2.        The originals of the dedicated drainage easement are on file and available for public review and examination in the Office of the City Clerk.
