RESOLUTION TO SELL LAND ON THE EAST SIDE OF KRUEGER DRIVE IN THE INDUSTRIAL PARK TO KENNEY CORPORATION

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that

WHEREAS, the Kenney Corporation, G. Dickson Kenney, President have expressed their desire to construct a manufacturing plant in Jonesboro, Arkansas and have entered into negotiations with the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas for the purchase of a tract of land in the Jonesboro Industrial Park conspiring 22 acres for the proposed  price of $132,000.00.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that the City of Jonesboro agrees to sell 22 acres located on the east side of Krueger Drive in the Jonesboro Industrial Park to the Kenney Corporation for $132,000.00.
