WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas desires to accept the property described as follows for construction and maintenance of drainage improvements:

The North 15 feet of Lot 61 of Sims 2^nd Sub Div Blk B of Sims Add to Jonesboro, Arkansas. Also known as 1010 Owens Ave.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

Section 1: The Mayor, Doug Formon, and the City Clerk, Donna Jackson, are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas to accept the permanent easement described above.
