Minutes for the City Council meeting on March 13, 1961

The City Council met in recessed session March 13, 1961, at 7:30 p.m. There were present: Mayor, City Atty., City Clerk and the following named Councilmen: Griffin, Field, Smith, Brewer, Snow, Perry, Kenward, Cook, Brickell, Copeland and Ebbert. Absent: Sammons.
Mr. Smith raised the question, confirmed by the City Attorney that Council action stays, unless the Resolution or motion that was passed, be voted on to be reconsidered.
Mr. Ebbert made the motion, seconded by Mr. Brewer that the motion to buy Duncan Parking Meters be reconsidered. Roll was called. Voting aye-Brewer, Perry, Kenward and Ebbert. Voting no-Griffin, Field, Smith, Snow, Cook, Brickell and Copeland. Motion failed.
Mr. Ebbert then moved with Mr. Kenward seconding the motion that Council adjourn. The vote was unanimous and Council adjourned.
