BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: TITLE 14, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS BE AMENDED AS RECOMMENDED BY THE METROPOLITAN AREA PLANNING COMMISSION BY THE CHANGES IN ZONING CLASSIFICATION AS FOLLOWS:
FROM COMMERCIAL C-2 TO COMMERCIAL C-3, THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY:

A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, Craighead County, Jonesboro, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
From the southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, thence run N 89°24’00” E, a distance of 60.00 feet to a point; thence run N 00°00’00” E, a distance of 384.08 feet to a point; thence run N 89°24’00” E, a distance of 935.18 feet to a point; said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence run N 89°09’48” E, a distance of 298.56 feet to a point on the west right-of-way of Fair park Boulevard; thence run N 00°05’17” W, along said right-of-way, a distance of 256.07 feet to a point; thence leaving said right-of-way, run S 89°35’24” W, a distance of 295.13 feet to a point; thence run S 00°39’59” W, a distance of 258.33 feet to a point; Said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING, said tract containing 1.75 acres, the same being the property as is shown in Minor Plat Survey for Ruben Griffin, recorded in Plat Cabinet “C“ at Page 111, in the office of the Circuit Clerk, Jonesboro, Craighead County, AR.
