WHEREAS, the company selected to provide maintenance tools for the Jonesboro Economical Transit System is All Parts.

WHEREAS, this award has been made based off of the quality of materials and pricing that have been presented to the Jonesboro Economical Transit System through the City of Jonesboro’s bid procedure.

WHEREAS, $32,852.46 has been allocated in the 2007 FTA budget, grant number AR-X065-00 for Mechanical and Maintenance Tools.

WHEREAS, the Public Services Committee has reviewed and approves awarding the bid to All Parts.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS:

SECTION 1: That the City of Jonesboro accepts the Bid #2007:46 for $32,852 for the purchase of mechanical tools and accessories for the maintenance of the City of Jonesboro JETS Department vehicles.

PASSED AND APPROVED this 18^th day of September, 2007.
