(A) Decision - Ordinance to establish the Benton Subdivision Improvement District Number Five. (Charles Frierson)
(B) 3rd reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential One (R-1) to Commercial Three (C-3), located on the south side of Johnson Avenue, east of Paragould Drive. (Jim Lyons/Kent Arnold)
(C) 2nd reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Residential One (R-1) to Residential Three (R-3), located off East Aggie Road on Holmes Road. (Robert Rees)
(D) 1st reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Residential One (R-1 to C-3), located North of Race Street and West of the fairgrounds along the proposed Fair Park Boulevard and then east along Race Street to near the Allison Mobile Home business office.

(E) 2nd reading - (Amended) Ordinance to establish a procedure for submitting items on the agenda.
