BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT THE FOLLOWING BIDS BE APPROVED AND ACCEPTED AS RECOMMENDED BY THE STAFF OF THE STREET DEPARTMENT, AND SUBMITTED TO THE PURCHASING AGENT

2005:76 - LED lights for Traffic Lights - recommended bidder being Temple, Inc.  Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000) being paid by City Water and Light and the remainder being funded from the Street Department Budget, Traffic Signal Maintenance line item 02-100-239.
