St. Bernard's Senior Life Centers lease for the Huntington Building

St. Bernard's Senior Life Centers entered into a lease with the City for the Huntington Building located at 900 West Monroe.
The amended and substituted lease replaces the original lease and was signed on March 1, 2005. The length of the lease is for 2-years from July 1, 2002 to July 1, 2004.
The lease was amended a second time, which extends the lease for an additional year to June 30, 2006. The resolution number is 2005:28 and was approved by the City Council on March 1, 2005.
The lease was amended a third time to extend the length of the contract an additional year to June 30, 2007. The resolution number is 2006:88 and was approved by the City Council on July 18, 2006.
