RESOLUTION TO APPOINTMENT COMMISSIONERS TO THE SOUTHVIEW ACRES STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

WHEREAS, the City Council, by Ordinance No. 2676, Kevin Carpenter, Ricky Martin and Patrick Brewer were appointed commissioners of the Southview Acres Street Improvement District No. 1; and,
WHEREAS, Patrick Brewer is unable to fulfill the duties thereof; and,
WHEREAS, it is the conclusion of the City Council that it is the best interest of the Southview Acres Street Improvement District No. 1 to appoint a new commissioner to replace the vacancy created.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that upon the vote of the City Council that Barry Wright should be appointed to fill the vacancy created by Patrick Brewer and that Barry Wright, Kevin Carpenter and Ricky Martin are hereby appointed as commissioners and shall constitute the Board of Commissioners of the Southview Acres Street Improvement District No. 1 with authority to make assessments and carry out the improvements and all other duties prescribed by law.
