A RESOLUTION TO CONTRACT WITH THE JONESBORO BASEBALL BOOSTERS (NOTE: THIS CONTRACT HAS A FIRST AMENDMENT WITH RES-11:046 ON APRIL 19, 2011)

Body

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro owns and maintains Joe Mack Campbell Park;

WHEREAS, the Jonesboro Baseball Boosters are a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization created for the purpose of administering youth baseball,

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro and the Jonesboro Baseball Boosters desire to enter into a contract to provide baseball for youth at Joe Mack Campbell Park;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

Section 1: The City of Jonesboro, Arkansas shall contract with the Jonesboro Baseball Boosters to provide youth baseball at Joe Mack Campbell Park.

Section 2: The Mayor, Harold Perrin and City Clerk, Donna Jackson are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro to execute all documents necessary to effectuate the agreement
