RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH AN ANNUAL PERMIT FEE FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORDINANCE #2257

WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, did pass and approve on three readings, Ordinance No. 2257, on February 19, 1990, which adopted new regulations for manufactured homes and mobile homes, AND

 

WHEREAS, Said Ordinance 2257 contained in it Section 14.20.03 (2), in which Section it is stated that “… Each (Conditional Use Permit) so granted shall be subject to an annual fee as designated by the City Council covering the costs of two staff reviews per year to determine whether the need upon which the Permit was granted still exists.”, AND

 

WHEREAS, it is hereby found by the City Council that the cost two staff reviews in accordance with said Section would be approximately $10.00.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas hereby establishes an annual Permit Fee of $10.00 for each Conditional Use Permit issued in accordance with Ordinance 2257, to be paid at the time the Conditional Use Permit is issued by the Building Inspector.
