RESOLUTION CREATING AND ESTABLISHING THE POSITION OF CITY MECHANIC

WHEREAS, the office and position of City Mechanic is hereby created and established. The position shall be filled by election of the City Council and shall serve during the will of the Council. The election or vacation of said position shall be by a simple majority vote of said Council

The City Mechanic shall have charge of maintenance of all city equipment and rolling stock, and shall perform such other duties as from time to time shall be imposed upon him by the Council.

The salary for the position of City mechanic is hereby set at the sum of $250.00 per month payable in semi-monthly installments.
