BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

SECTION 1: From and after the passage and adoption of this ordinance, Section 3 of Ordinance No.878 is and is hereby amended to read as follows:

The Commission shall have complete control of the operation of the Colored Municipal Center, provided, however, it shall have no control over special tax millage levy, bond payments or the acquisition or disposition of land.

SECTION 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and adoption.
