RESOLUTION TO EXECUTE AN ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ETC ENGINEERS, INC. FOR PARKS AND RECREATION PROJECTS

WHEREAS, the Parks Committee acting as the Professional Service Committee for Parks and Recreation projects has ranked, negotiated and selected an engineering firm; AND

WHEREAS, all requirements have been met regarding A.C.A. 19-11-801 for the procurement of services;

BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute and accept the Engineering Services Agreement of ETC Engineers, Inc. consisting of pages 1 through 7 and attachments A and B inclusive.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this the 2^nd day of June, 2003.
