RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, TO PLACE A MUNICIPAL LIEN ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 413 PARKVIEW, PARCEL 01-144302-18300, OWNED BY SANDHILL PROPERTY MGT IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,240

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: RIDGECREST ADD E1/2 LOT 1
WHEREAS, SANDHILL PROPERTY MGT, the owner of record, was properly notified of a code violation at 413 PARKVIEW, and refused to remove or correct the conditions identified by the code enforcement officer of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas; and,
WHEREAS, the code enforcement officer corrected the code violation on 04/14/2026 using city funds in the amount of $1,240; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro seeks to perfect a lien against the affected property to cover the cost of the work pursuant to A.C.A 14-54-903.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, THAT:
Section 1: The city should proceed with placing a lien on the property located at 413 PARKVIEW.
