WHEREAS,   payment for 40 taser cartridge holders purchased from Teeco Safety, Inc. for $804.84 has been recommended by the Finance and Administration Committee as a purchasing variance in accordance with provisions of Resolution 2003:27

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that payment is authorized to Teeco Safety, Inc. in the amount of $804.84 for the purchase of 40 taser cartridge holders on April 10, 2006.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this the 6th day of June, 2006.
