BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Jonesboro that Jettie Burke, Constance Robinson and Mrs. E.L Westbrooke, all of whom are residents and owners of real property within the district of the City Water and Light Plant of  the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas be and they are each named as Judges for the February 16, 1961, election in said improvement district, and that Edgar Booker and Fred Penix, both of whom are residents and owners of real estate within said district be and they are named as clerks for said election.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 6^th day of February, 1961.
