A fifteen-foot alley extending along the west edge of Lots 1 - 7 Block A, of Earl Kiech Second Addition all being part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of S27, T14N, R04E. The entire length of the alley is 350 feet, and lies within Jonesboro, Craighead County, Arkansas.

Public hearing was held on December 17, 2019, according to RES-19:203.
ORD-19:070 was adopted by City Council on January 21, 2020 and signed by Mayor Harold Perrin on January 23, 2020.
