BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 954 known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Be Amended as Recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the changes in zoning classification as follows:
From Residential R-1 to Commercial C-3 the following described property:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
A Part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 9 Township 13 North, Range 4 East to Craighead County Arkansas. Being more particularly described as follows: begin at the Southwest Corner of the Northwest Quarter Section 9 Township 13 North 4 East; thence N. 0º 55' 00" E. 207.30'; thence N 88º 57'00" E. 809.70' to a point in the Easterly Right Of Way Line of Arkansas Highway #1 the point of beginning proper; thence N33º07'00" E. along said Right Of Way Line 197.62'; thence S. 56º50'15" E. 194.94' thence S. 89º27' 48" E. 68.12'; thence S. 50' 36" W. 52.19'; thence S. 88º 58' 28" W. 338.56' to the point of beginning proper.
