RESOLUTION TO ADD THE POSITION OF ONE POLICE SERGEANT

WHEREAS, The City of Jonesboro has identified the need, due to promotions within the Police Department, to add the position of one Police Sergeant; and that this be done without increase the current overall number of officers;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, that the Jonesboro Police Department have sixteen (16) Officers in the rank of Sergeant.
