BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 954 known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, be amended as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the change in zoning district boundaries as follows:
From Residential (R-1) To Commercial (C-3) the following described property.
A part of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 14 North, Range 4 East; Jonesboro, Craighead County Arkansas; being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest Corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, Craighead County, Arkansas; thence S87°14’55”E -1528.30’; thence S2°38’45”W - 358.33’, to the point of beginning proper; thence S87°21’15”E - 137.42’; thence S1°27’07”W, along said Right Of Way, 372.91’; thence N2°47’35”W - 109.43’; thence N88°33’37”W 338.13’; thence N1°31’11”E -244.12’; thence S87°21’15”E -525.18’, to the point of way and easements of record. From the Southeast Corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 33, thence North 11 feet to A point, thence S88°10'w 353.4 feet the point of beginning;
