RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACTS AND AGREEMENTS FOR MATA RIGHTS OF WAY

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute all documentation necessary to effectuate the following MATA Right of Way Contracts:

·      J. Wade Quinn Co. Inc. 1708 West Nettleton Avenue, Parcel 77

·      Glen Irvin, Paulette Irvin, and Diane Hancock, 1605, 1609 1613, and 1617 West Nettleton, Parcel 91

·      James and Patricia Kimbrough 1400 Brookhaven Road, Parcel 87

Section 2. The originals of the abovementioned contracts, rights of way, and appraisals are on file and available for public review and examination in the Office of the City Clerk.
