BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that the property of Charles Cowell described as Lot 16 of Cobb and Lee Survey of town of Nettleton and the area on Highway 63 at the Northwest part of former city limits of Nettleton be referred back to the City Planning Commission for further study and recommendation as to zoning of said areas.
