1. Call to order by Mayor at 6:30 p.m.

2. Roll Call by City Clerk, Donna Jackson.

3. Approval of the December 19, 2006, City Council minutes as delivered.

4. City Attorney

A. 3rd Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-2) to Commercial (C-5) Neighborhood Office District for .20 acres located at 219 E. Cherry Ave. (Philip & Joanne Steed)

B. 3rd Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from R-1 (Single Family Medium Density) to C-5 (Neighborhood Commercial District) located at 2309-2411 Sunnymeadow Drive. (A&B Investments/Kevin Alpe)

C. 2nd Reading - Ordinance amending the City of Jonesboro Employee Handbook for the adoption of an abuse of power and selective enforcement policy for Jonesboro city employees.

D. 2nd Reading - Ordinance adopting the creation of the Stormwater Management Board.

5. Resolution accepting the bid and approving the contract for mosquito abatement with Clarke Mosquito Control.

6. Resolution to enter into a contract with Harry Hardwick for acquiring property rights and right of ways for street improvements and construction.

7. Resolution to reappoint Dr. Ken Beadles to the Board of Directors of the Jonesboro Urban Renewal and Housing Authority.

8. Resolution adopting and accepting the findings of the Jonesboro Southwest Transportation Study.

9. Resolution declaring a vacancy on the Jonesboro City Council and establishing a procedure for filling the Council vacancy.

10. Resolution to accept Bid No. 2006:64 for LED lights for traffic lights, low bidder meeting specifications being Pinkley Sales.

11. Resolution recommending the adoption of the Alcoholic Beverage Code to be adopted by reference on January 16, 2007. (Resolution to be provided by Police Chief Yates)
