SPECIAL CALLED MEETING
JULY 25, 1979
The Metropolitan Area Planning Commission met Wednesday, July 25, 1979 at 7:30 P.M. in the Court Room at City Hall.
The meeting was called to order by Ralph Morrison, Chairman.
Members Present: Morrison, Cooper, Ball, Smith, Tilton and Freeman
Members Absent: Gott, Scott and Brown
Others Present: Mike Cameron, Roy Douglas and Curt Hodges.
Item #1 Guy Pardew requests approval of plan changes of Cayman Villa. These included changes in drainage, pavement and curb design.
A motion was made by Mr. Freeman to approve the request, subject to including the 10’ drainage easement along North Acres 1st extension form Bridge Street to the drainage ditch along the west property line approximately 600.7’ in length. This easement was needed so that the proposed drainage system would work properly. Motion was seconded by Mr. Cooper. REQUEST APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
Item #2 Guy Pardew request approval of a 10 foot drainage easement along the north property line of North Acres 1st extension from Bridge Street to the drainage ditch along the west property line approximately 600.7’ in length.
A motion was made by Mr. Freeman to approve the request, seconded by Mr. Cooper. REQUEST APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
