BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that the Parking Authority Commission be and it is hereby given permission to investigate and negotiate for the property of Lovelace and Dickens on Monroe Avenue, and also for the property of Ragsdale on West Washington.
