1. Call to order by Mayor at 6:30 p.m.

3. Approval of minutes from May 20, 1996, as provided.

5. Request for an Appeal Hearing regarding stipulations made by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission. (Robert Rees\C.M. Mooney)
6. Resolution to set a public hearing to vacate and easement located in the Brownstone Addition. (Vance Brown)
7. Resolution to set a public hearing to close a drainage easement located on Peabody Drive east of Stadium. (Phillips Investments/Jim Lyons)
8. Resolution to set a public hearing to close a twenty foot utility easement between Lot 2R and Lot 4R and close a twenty foot utility easement on the south line of Lot 5 between Lot 5 and Lot 2R. Both easements are located in the Thomas Addition. (Phillips Investments/Jim Lyons)
9. Resolution requesting City Water and Light to install a dry fire hydrant at the Arkansas Fire Academy Northeast Training Center.
