RESOLUTION TO COMMIT FUNDS TO CONSTRUCT THE AUTOMATED FLIGHT SERVICE STATION

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas has been selected by the Federal Aviation Administration as the site for the new automated flight service station, and;

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas will be required to construct the automated flight service station and lease same to the Federal Aviation Administration, and;

WHEREAS, the Federal Aviation Administration requires that the building be located at the Jonesboro Municipal Airport and be built according to plans and specifications approved by the Federal Aviation Administration, and;

WHEREAS, the Federal Aviation Administration requires the City of Jonesboro to commit sufficient funds to construct the building.

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas shall commit sufficient funds to construct the automated flight service station according to plans and specifications approved by the Federal Aviation Administration.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 21^st day of January, 1985.
