1. Call to order by Mayor at 6:30 p.m.
2. Roll call by Clerk.
3. Approval of minutes from July 3, 2000 as delivered.
4. City Attorney:
A. 3rd Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-2) to Commercial (C-3), located at 4507 E. Nettleton (Frisco at Thorn) (Max Dacus Jr.)
B. 3rd Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located S/W corner of Race Street and Richardson Road. (Mack Fleming)
C. 1st Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-3) to Commercial (C-3), located in the 100 block of Winn Street, west of Caraway Road. (Eugene Winn)
D. 1st Reading - Ordinance to waive competitive bidding and authorize the purchase of a 1992 aerial bucket truck for the Street Department.
5. Resolution approving the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas to participate under the Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism's Outdoor Recreation Grant Program for Jonesboro Community Park.
6. Resolution to proceed with condemnation action on the following two Jonesboro properties: 831 Huntington Ave. and 2108 Clark Street.
7. New Business by the Mayor.
