BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, directed to proceed with condemnation action against that portion of property owned by Dorothy Barton Rebsamen, Betty Low Davis, Jennings Wood and Vera Wood, his wife, and Roy Wood an Lucy Wood, his wife, that may be necessary to provide a sixty foot street or passageway between Wilkins Street extended between Metzler Lane and Bernard Street; the expenses to be paid by the Jonesboro Special School District.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 15^th day of July, 1963.
