A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH W. WILLIAM GRAHAM, JR., INC. FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES RELATED TO INDUSTRIAL RAIL SPUR MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

Body

WHEREAS, W. William Graham, Jr., Inc. has submitted to the City of Jonesboro a proposed Lump Sum amount of $20,000.00 for the Scope of Work detailed in the attached agreement;

WHEREAS, the funding for the execution of the contract shall come from 07-100-0180-00 and compensation shall be paid in accordance with the contract terms.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

Section 1:  That the City of Jonesboro shall enter into an agreement with W. William Graham, Jr., Inc. for the professional services related to industrial rail spur maintenance contract for the Lump Sum amount of $20,000.00 for the Scope of Work detailed in the attached agreement.

Section 2:  The funding for the execution of the contract shall come from 07-100-0180-00 and compensation shall be paid in accordance with the contract terms.

Section 3:  The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro to execute all documents necessary to effectuate this agreement.
