RESOLUTION TO INCREASE SALARIES FOR CERTAIN EMPLOYEES WITHIN THE DEPARTMENTAL BUDGETS

RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that the budget for 1971 for the City of Jonesboro shall include pay increases for certain employees as described within the departmental budgets and as adopted within the 1971 budget for the City of Jonesboro, to-wit:

(1)  Total allocation for salaries for the Police Department be increased to $199,662.24.

(2)  Total allocation for salaries for the Fire Department be increased to $239,634.60.

(3)  Total allocation for salaries for the Cemetery be increased to $25,920.00.

(4)  Total allocation for salaries for general employees be increased to $74,849.20.
