BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: Title 14 known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, be amended as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the changes in zoning classification as follows:
From Commercial C-3 to Residential R-1, the following described property:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Lots 3, 4, and 5, Block "B" of Apple Hills Subdivision to the City of Jonesboro, as shown by plat in deed record 179, page 14.
