Cameron Construction Company was awarded the contract for the Nettleton Avenue Drainage Improvements project number 2009:30 and was signed on August 4, 2009. The contract amount is $442,052.50 and the work has to be completed within 120 days after the Notice to Proceed has been issued. The resolution number is RES-09:115 and was approved by the City Council on July 21, 2009.

The increase was due to additional pond construction on Thomas Street. The Change Order also authorized an additional amount of time due to inclement weather.
Change Order #2 was signed on August 25, 2010. It increased the contract amount $1,719.00 making the new contract amount $472,168.00. The increase was due to the need to hydroseed the bottom of the Nettleton Pond.
