A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A LEASE WITH LAKESIDE CONTRACTORS, LLC

Body

WHEREAS, The City of Jonesboro desires to enter into a lease for a service division for JETS, the following described property:

Lot 2 of Meadows first replat of Meadows Addition; a replat of Block 2 Wilson 2^nd and Tract A - part of the NE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 13, Township 14N, Range 3 E Craighead County, City of Jonesboro, AR

^{WHEREAS, Lakeside Contractors LLC has agreed to provide the above referenced property for 18 months at the rate of $2,000.00 per month, and}

^{NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:}

^{Section 1: The City of Jonesboro shall enter into a Lease with Lakeside Contractors, LLC.}

^{Section 2: The funding for the contract shall come from the JETS fund.}

^{Section 3: The Mayor, Harold Perrin, and the City Clerk, Donna K. Jackson, are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro to execute all documents necessary to effectuate this agreement.}
