AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 3614 CREATING THE JONESBORO ECONOMICAL TRANSIT SYSTEM (JETS)

WHEREAS, JETS recommends repealing Section 5, Subsection B, to allow for additions and removals of the Jets Staff without amending an Ordinance.

WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Jonesboro desires to amend Ordinance #3614 by removing Section 5, Subsection B.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro that:  Ordinance No. 3614 be amended to reflect the removal of Section 5, Subsection B.

PASSED AND ADOPTED on this the 17^th day of October, 2006.
